Logos play an important role in differentiating your company from your competition. One of the main challenges companies face when updating or creating a new logo, however, is defining what their true identity actually is.

Performance Forward

Both managers and employees alike dread the annual performance review meeting. The preparation and time it takes to consider each & every employee and how they have performed throughout the year can be a daunting task....yet it doesn’t have to be. Instead of a performance “review”, consider instead a performance forward.

The Performance Forward Approach requires an adjustment in thinking for both the manager & employee. Use the meeting time as a planning session to develop goals and actions for the future. Learning from the past is important but it shouldn’t be the entire focus of the performance review.

The following article provides alternative methods to revamping your performance review process. Ask FHB about their “milestones” process, which is based on both employee and organization growth. This may be the solution to your performance review problems too.
