After clearly identifying the critical and desired system features, processes, and functionality, we identify and evaluate those systems that will potentially address stated requirements. We document all of the hardware infrastructure, software and staff training that will be required to implement the various solutions to estimate total cost to ownership and facilitate cost/benefit analysis of the various options by management.
