Beniamino (Ben) Ferraro

Ben is the Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Manager for F.H. Black & Company. Ben has 8 years of experience providing project management, training, technical support and packaged software implementation; utilizing his Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics Implementation certifications and many years of delivering adult education. His vast experience in formal project management and industry best practices helps achieve a high degree of project success and customer satisfaction. Ben has been a team leader and project resource in implementations as small as 2 employees to as large as 2,000 employees. This experience provides him with the background to effectively tailor each project to meet the specific needs of each of our clients.

Ben leads implementations with a methodology that includes:

• Analyzing a client’s current business practices;
• Designing a plan to implement a solution that meets the business requirements;
• Deploying appropriate resource and activities to achieve the planned objectives; and
• Supporting the client after the plan has been successfully implemented.

Ben graduated from the University of Manitoba, and is progressing towards achieving his Certified Management Accountant designation.
